If you would like to sell your cards at
teaksuniquecards.com, or through Teak’s marketing efforts
(they’re at about 50 retail stores, supermarkets, cafes
& museum gift shops in Mercer and Bucks Counties ... so
far), e-mail a few 72 dpi digital images no larger than
3x3” to the web
mistress. If we like what you
do, we’ll try to sell your cards, which includes adding a
page to the web site for you. We’ll ask for a one- or
two-sentence bio.
Artists can produce and deliver their own
cards, or you can send a high resolution image and we’ll
take care of printing, marketing, boxing, invoicing, and
mailing. If Teak’s Unique Cards does the production, the
artist receives 25¢ on each card sale. If you produce the
cards yourself, Teaks’ gets a quarter from you. Most of
the artists on this web site prefer the convenience of
receiving checks once in a while from what seems like out of
the blue.
Retail clients generally charge $3 for a
5x7 card, so wholesale price is half that.
We’ll send you a pile of business
cards with the web site logo and address so you can hand them
to potential customers. We request that as you receive
notification of web site updates, you pass them onto your
e-mail list. We can also add a link to your website.
